Who we are
Elvemind is a mental health practice run by Arshiya and Priyanshi. We offer one-to-one counselling sessions online, and mental health awareness workshops for workplaces and colleges. You can reach us at Elvemind2720@gmail.com or +91 93076 25754.
Booking a session
Sessions are 20 minutes, one to one, held on Google Meet, and are currently taken by Arshiya. Sessions run on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
A session costs ₹399, payable in advance. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. We will then message you on WhatsApp, using the number you provided at payment, to agree a time together, and we will keep working with you until we find one that suits.
Who these sessions are for
These sessions are for children and young people. The booking must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who must be 18 or over. By booking, you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you consent to them attending the session.
We may ask you about your child's age and needs before the session, so that we can make sure this is the right kind of support for them.
Elvemind is not an emergency or crisis service. Our sessions are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis or medication, and we do not prescribe. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency number or Tele-MANAS on 14416.
If we believe that a different kind or level of care would serve you better, we will say so, and where we can we will refer you to a specialist in our network. We may decline to provide a session where we do not believe it is appropriate.
Confidentiality
What your child shares in a session is treated with care, and sessions are not recorded. Children speak more freely when they trust that what they say will not simply be repeated, so we do not report back word for word.
As their parent or guardian, we will keep you informed in general terms about how your child is doing and how you can support them.
There are things we will always tell you: where we believe your child is at risk of harm, where there is a serious risk of harm to another person, or where we are required to disclose something by law.
What we ask of you
- Give accurate contact details, so we can reach you to arrange the session.
- Help your child join from a quiet, private space with a reasonable internet connection.
- Be reachable during the session, in case we need to speak with you.
- Join on time. A session runs 20 minutes from its agreed start, so joining late shortens the session rather than extending it.
- Do not record the session.
Payment, rescheduling and refunds
Session fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible — please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
