Refund & Cancellation Policy

Session fees are paid in advance

A session costs ₹399 and is paid at the time of booking, through Razorpay.

If you cancel

Session fees are non-refundable. This is also stated on our payment page at the time you pay.

Rescheduling

We would much rather move your session than have you lose it. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your agreed slot, we will do our best to move you to another time, at our discretion. Sessions run on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

If you do not attend your session and have not told us in advance, the session is treated as delivered and the fee is not refunded.

If we have to cancel

If we ever need to cancel, we will reschedule your session at no further cost, at a time that works for you. Your booking is not lost.

If something goes wrong technically

If a technical problem at our end means the session cannot go ahead, we will reschedule it at no further cost. Problems with your own internet connection or device unfortunately cannot be rescheduled free of charge.
