Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect only what we need to arrange and deliver your session. We never sell your information. What you share in a session is confidential.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, email address and phone number, collected through our payment page.
• When you contact us: whatever you choose to tell us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• About your child: their name and age, and anything you tell us that helps us support them.
• In a session: the therapist may keep brief private notes to support your child's care.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details are entered on Razorpay's systems and are never seen or stored by us. Razorpay handles that information under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

To confirm your booking, to contact you and agree a time, to deliver your session, to answer your questions, and to keep basic records of bookings and payments.

Sessions on Google Meet

Sessions are held on Google Meet and are not recorded by us. Google processes the call itself under its own terms.

Who we share it with

Only where necessary: with the therapist or specialist associate involved in your care; with service providers who help us operate, such as Razorpay for payments, Google for video calls and our website host; or where the law requires it, or there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for our records and to meet any legal obligation, and session notes for as long as they are relevant to your care. After that they are deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email Elvemind2720@gmail.com and we will respond. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires.

Security

We take reasonable care to keep your information safe. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's information

Our sessions are for children and young people, and bookings are made by a parent or legal guardian. That means we hold information about a child — their name, age and what is discussed in sessions — provided with the consent of their parent or guardian.

We collect only what we need to support your child, we never use it for advertising, and we never sell it. As their parent or guardian you can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at Elvemind2720@gmail.com.
